Ali El Masri received the Engineering degree in computer and communications from the Lebanese University in 2009, the M.Sc. degree in computer networks from the University of Paris VI in 2009, and the Ph.D. degree in networking, knowledge, and organization from the University of Technology of Troyes, France, in 2013.
In 2014, he was a Lecturer at the University of Reims Champagne Ardenne. In 2015, he was a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Paris-Est Marne La Vallee. He was an invited researcher at the University of La Rochelle, France, in spring 2015. He is currently a part time assistant professor at the Lebanese University, Beirut Arab University, Lebanese International University, and CNAM.
He is the head of the scientific committee of the order of engineers and architects – Tripoli.
His research interests include wireless networks, communication protocols, and smart grids.
