Fadi is a community builder, a social activist, and entrepreneur. He is the Co-Founder and President of Tripoli Entrepreneurs Club, committed to the creation, fostering and nurturing of an entrepreneurial culture to reverse the brain drain in one of the most challenging environments. Fadi is currently leading an entrepreneurial community of more than 100 members of entrepreneurs, freelancers, advisors and active volunteers providing them with a communication & networking platform. At Tripoli Entrepreneurs Club, Fadi has contributed to the creation and support of more than 15 startups, designed and implemented acceleration programs for the early stage entrepreneurs, and provided deal flow to incubators, accelerators and seed funds. Fadi has a remarkable contribution in building solid partnerships with the chamber of commerce in Tripoli and investment funds, shaping their policies toward investing in startups and youth. Fadi has more than 7 years of experience in SMEs financing, being a senior financial analyst at Kafalat SAL, a credit guarantee company aiming at helping SMEs in Lebanon to access bank funding. At Kafalat, Fadi has analyzed more than 1,000 projects in the sectors of industry, agriculture, tourism, and technology. Fadi is a global shaper at Tripoli LB Hub. He was selected along with 49 shapers around the world to represent Lebanon at The World Economic Forum Annual Meeting 2017 in Davos, where he gave a speech about Generation Change and the impact created at his community. Fadi has also contributed to several social initiatives such as emergency response campaigns, successful crowdfunding in addition to anti-corruption and political reforms. In addition, Fadi is involved in cultural activities being a poetry writer & reciter and TED talk speaker. He graduated from the Lebanese American University with an MBA degree.
